The FIA Formula e Championship and its concept was initiated by FIA President Jean Todt as a means to demonstrate the potential of sustainable mobility. Inspired by this vision, Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag took the idea and created a global entertainment brand with motor racing at its heart.
To get this ambitious project off the ground required an enormous amount of effort, but by working with world-leading partners in the motorsport industry such as Williams, McLaren, Michelin and Dallara, and inspiring global blue chip brands such as DHL, Qualcomm and TAG Heuer to back the project, in under two years Formula E turned from a dream into reality.
Qualcomm Incorporated announced a multiyear agreement with Formula E Holdings (FEH) to become an Official Founding Technology Partner of the FIA Formula E Championship, the new international championship featuring racing cars powered exclusively by electric energy.
House of Berlin- Article Agency's Founder Brandi Kolosky was searching for a sustainable and conscious movement to utilize her expertise with. She was then introduced to Chris Schroeder, whom at the time was the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for FIA Formula Electric Racing. After months of proving herself, she presented FIA FE with several investors, sponsors, and event logistic options.
“Brandi is very organized and on top of her game," Schroeder said. "She is easy to work with and has excellent connections in many different channels on a global level. She also has a knowledge of marketing, public relations, and event marketing with a dedication to creating partnerships, investment opportunities and long lasting relationships.”
